Shipping
Each piece is handmade by us once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer. We’ll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. This can differ depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from. Please allow up to 21 days for the making and sending of your item once purchased.
Ordering From Outside The U.K?
Prices for all sales outside the U.K are displayed without tax.
As all orders are shipped from the U.K you may be charged your own country’s tax upon receipt of your package, after customs clearance. Failing to pay these taxes may result in goods being returned to us, unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping costs should this happen.
International Shipping
For International orders we ship with Royal Mail International Standard. Please allow extra time for the package to get to you, if within Europe approx 5-10 days, for the rest of the world up to 7-14 days once dispatched.
