At WinifredJ we care very much about sustainability. We have designed our products so that they will stand the test of time. However no matter how careful, accidents can happen. In order to increase the lifespan of your purchase and reduce the amount unnecessarily going in to landfill every year, we offer free repairs for life on all clothing pieces.

We will repair wear and tear in any winifredJ garment for nothing but the cost of postage.  Clean items only! The most effective repairs are achieved on clean surfaces, so wash your item before sending it.

Be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. WinifredJ cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen.
